Our current approach
Hoodie Design uses essential cookies and browser storage needed to provide the shop, remember a design or basket, protect administrator sessions and forms, and remember your cookie choice. Google reCAPTCHA runs only when you use a protected contact or administrator-login form. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and where the customer journey can be improved.
Analytics is optional and remains off until you select “Accept analytics”. We do not use Google Analytics for personalised advertising, and advertising storage remains disabled.
Storage we use
The basket, saved-design and consent items use local storage rather than traditional cookies. Privacy rules can apply to both because each stores information on your device. Browser controls may shorten the stated cookie durations.
Google services, Stripe and third parties
Google reCAPTCHA v3 provides a score-based security check when the contact form or administrator login is submitted. It may process interaction, device and network information, including an IP address, to distinguish legitimate use from automated abuse. This protection is necessary for those forms and is separate from optional Analytics consent.
When you accept analytics, the Google tag with measurement ID G-VTWFDYBH44 records website and session activity for Google Analytics. This may include pages viewed, referring information, approximate location, device and browser details, and a pseudonymous identifier. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, order numbers, delivery details or payment details to Google Analytics.

When you continue to Stripe’s secure checkout, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its own pages for payment, fraud prevention and security. Those technologies are controlled by Stripe and explained in Stripe’s own cookie and privacy information.
Your choices
You can remove stored site data through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing essential storage may empty your basket, remove a saved design, sign an administrator out or stop parts of checkout working correctly.
You can accept, reject or change analytics consent at any time. Choosing essential storage only does not prevent you from shopping or placing an order.
Policy changes
If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes materially, we will update this page and request a new choice where fresh consent is required.
