How it works
From first idea to a print-ready group order: one clear process for choosing, personalising, checking and paying for your garments.
Six steps from idea to order
The customiser keeps the front and back separate, so you can make each decision without losing track of the garment side you are editing.
Set the front decoration
Add an embroidered school crest, choose a printed school name or year, or leave the front plain. Crest embroidery needs 3 working days.
Design the back
Choose from five editable print layouts. Add the school, graduation year and up to 150 student names where the selected layout supports a class list.
Check the live preview
Switch between front and back, review every spelling and make sure the design, garment colour and print colour work together.
Add every size
Enter the quantity needed in each garment size. All sizes start at zero, so the order reflects the group list you have deliberately entered.
Pay and hand over
Review the ex-VAT subtotal, 20% VAT and final VAT-inclusive total, then complete secure checkout. The order and production artwork are passed to the studio team.
What to prepare
A little organisation before you open the studio makes a large group order much easier to approve.
The school or group name exactly as it should be printed
The graduation year and any optional heading
One checked list of student names, with a maximum of 150
A clear school crest or group logo, if you want to use one
The total required in each garment size
One organiser who can approve spelling and artwork
What happens after checkout
A completed order gives the production team the commercial details and artwork information needed to manage it.
Your payment result, contact details, delivery address, garment breakdown and personalisation choices are attached to the order.
The studio team can review the print files and the submitted design details before the garments move into production.
Personalised garments are produced to the approved order. Keep an eye on the customer email address used at checkout for order communication.
Common questions
Can we order a mix of sizes?
Yes. Add the required quantity against each available size in the customiser. The basket shows the combined quantity and total before checkout.
Do we have to include every student name?
No. Choose a name-free layout or include only the names your organiser has approved. Name-based designs accept up to 150 names.
Can we order without a school crest?
Yes. A front crest is optional and is embroidered when selected. You can instead choose a printed school name, a printed year, or leave the front plain. Crests are not offered on the back.
What should we check before paying?
Check names, school wording, graduation year, garment colour, print colour, front and back designs, size quantities, email address and shipping address.
How is VAT shown?
Garment, decoration and delivery rates are entered excluding VAT. The website adds VAT at 20% and shows the final VAT-inclusive total before you continue to Stripe.
Can a personalised order be returned?
Custom-printed and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your statutory remedies still apply if goods are damaged, defective, misprinted, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Read the delivery and returns policy for details.
